Builder Floor Loan

Real-estate funding generally available to big projects in which multi-story building is constructed & huge investment is required to make it cash flow positive.

So usually a builder is unable to get funding from financial institutions due to non-visibility of regular cash flow as normal businesses generate in their course of business transactions.

We arrange loans for “Under Construction Builder Floors” up to Rs. 5 crores from financial institutions and investors.

The funding can be raised at the stage of land acquisition or middle of construction of floors or for both purposes. The repayments can be planned through monthly instalments or as bullet payment (periodic payments) with sale proceeds of each floor.
