We are a team of Bankers led by Mr. Naresh Bansal who is a Chartered Accountant, having rich exposure in Fund Raising. He is into financial service sector for almost 20 years & highly focused on understanding the pulse of financial market to identify best possible funding options available at different stages of growth of an organization.

SME businesses are the core of the professional services & almost 90% of total clientele falls in this category but their unique need of funding can’t be served through normal banking channels thus many SME organizations are forced to operate with inadequate funds due to lack of knowledge.

We can raise funds for SME businesses up to Rs. 5 crores without collateral however if security is available then higher funding can be raised.

If a SME business is looking to raise working capital against his property then we can raise as high as twice of property value based on the business turnover.

For such case we interact with client for documentation & information for due diligence to raise the desired funds. Once case is disbursed, we update to our referral partner about it & share certain referral fee after disbursement.

  • As SPOC Partner:

Our professional members can associate with us as single point of contact (SPOC) for us on behalf of their clients & undertake to complete documentation, interactions and basic due diligence with joint efforts. In such cases our interaction will be limited with client & you would act as SPOC for us & we will share fee after disbursement.
